Many large companies offer the services of a Relocation Specialist to their employees to assist them when they sell or purchase a home, whether locally or across the country. We asked the question: why should employees of large companies like GM, GE, and Intel (just to name a few) get all the breaks? To that end, my team and I have put together a service aimed at helping YOU buy or sell a home with many of the same benefits. "Big deal!" you say? Let us tell you why the Affinity Program is a big deal.
Never has the process of buying or selling a home been more complex. Negotiating a successful transaction is a challenge for even experienced agents, let alone someone trying to 'go it alone.' With the current legal climate, having someone on your side is vital. Team Leader and Realtor© Ken Anderson will be happy to help and should be your first point of contact. When buying a home, Affinity Program participants receive a $500 credit at close of escrow on each transaction and those selling a home will get up to 1.5% off of SPRE’s standard listing fee.
Affinity Program Team Members
Finding the right mortgage company can make the difference between a
pleasant experience and a hair-raising one. Team Member Karla
Dornhecker and her staff at Partners Mortgage will do all they can to
insure your loan (whether it's a new purchase or a refinance) goes as
smoothly as possible. She also provides a $500 discount to Affinity
Program members.
Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork! Real estate transactions are loaded
with it, and Laurie Hodgkins of Financial Title will take care of all of it like the professional she is. She and her associates give a 20% discount
to Affinity Program members.
A Home Inspection is an absolute must to protect yourself and be sure
the home you are buying is free from serious defects. Team Member Kim
Spitze, franchise owner and master inspector (Certified Home Inspector
and Licensed General Contractor #824581) with The Home Team Inspection
Services offers a NO-COST-TO-THE-BUYER 90-day mechanical and structural
warranty as well as a $20 discount on any inspection.
Most buyers will ask for a wood-destroying pest inspection when they
purchase a home. Often, sellers are surprised to learn the extent of
damage from fungus, dry rot, or worse...TERMITES! Dennis Bradley of
Real Estate Inspection Counseling can help make sense of confusing
reports and provide repairs for a fraction of the cost quoted by the
pest inspection companies. |
